To see the electricity produced by the Common House solar panels at 15-minute intervals, select a day (the default is “today”) and then click on the Graph It button.
Optionally, select two days and then click on the Graph It button to see both days at the same time.
When the graph appears, more information about it will appear underneath it.
Because you selected “today,” the graph shows production up to a few minutes ago. The data is updated approximately every 15 minutes or so, if you want to see production as it occurs, you can wait at least 15 minutes and click again on the Graph It button. The graph should update with additional data.
Dips in production are most likely due to clouds. On sunny days, you may see “clipping,” a plateau/flattening of the graph at its top, which is caused by the CH inverters (devices that change the DC electricity produced by the solar panels into the AC electricity that we use) producing at their maximum.
If you move your cursor over the data line, which is the top boundary of the yellow (and optional, blue) area, or tap on the data line if you have a touch screen, you can see individual data values.
